You should find out each person’s diagnosis (DX), then record the results of their evaluation as to whether they:

There are 8 pages of data to analyze. The dates the data was collected is from 9/29/06 – 1/11/07.  However, you should only record data from the months of October, November and December of 2006.

Each page of the data has 6 columns:

MD

DX

Restrictions

Completion Date/Initials

Driver’

Training Needed

Scheduled w/ Terri

However, the data you need to collect is from only 2 columns: 1) DX        2) Restrictions

You need to record the person’s medical problem (DX) into 1 of 4 groups:

After you have entered the data into the spreadsheet, you need to produce a pie graph showing how the people with a diagnosis (DX) of CVA performed on their driver evaluation.

Make sure the pie graph shows the difference between the number of people who passed, failed, need a road test or other results.
